Our Story
Nurseit was founded in 2017 by Sister Cleopatra Van Ster, a registered nurse with more than 21 years of clinical experience and a clear vision: our communities deserve professional, dignified healthcare without the barriers of cost, distance or long waiting times.
What began as a single clinic has grown into a multi-location healthcare group offering primary healthcare, chronic disease management, women’s health, baby clinic services, occupational medicals, workplace wellness and nurse-led aesthetic treatments. Every clinic and service reflects the same founding principle.
Today Nurseit serves thousands of patients and dozens of employers across the Northern Suburbs and the Western Cape.

Sister Cleopatra Van Ster is the founder and clinical leader of the Nurseit Group, a healthcare entrepreneur, community builder and registered nurse with more than 21 years of clinical experience. She leads Nurseit’s occupational health services and holds recognised certifications in occupational nursing and audiometry.
Nurseit serves patients and employers in Wesbank, Kuilsriver, Nooiensfontein (Hagley), Eerste River and Eersteriver. We also deliver mobile occupational health services across Cape Town and the Western Cape.
